Even specific structures can be re-created in various materials with high accuracy using the newly developed engraving methods. The requested embossing surface is translated into a three-dimensional dataset using a specific scan method and
finally transferred onto the roller body by means of direct laser engraving. 3D laser engraving can be used on EPDM, plastic and metal roller surfaces for embossing, flexo or rotogravure technologies for processing widths up to 4000mm.
